a wedding to remember..
Hey you lot!!
How's holiday so far. Mine is ok...
I've just got back from my cousin's wedding and I caught a lot of pictures for you guys.
I like to share some with you all.....so, ENJOY!!

We had arrived at the mosque for the akad nikah ceremony.

The father make a confession.

The tense moments.
Hey! It's not easy to get married you know.

The 'membatalkan air sembahyang' ritual.

"Thank you, Abah,"
a touching moment for the family

Nice gifts for the newly-wed. Above is a small house figure made out of Cadbury chocolates
and the tradisional Sirih.

The 'merenjis air mawar' ceremony is about to begin.

During rehearsal.
Got to make everything PERFECT.
Can't believe I'm in this....and holding a bunch of flowers.
Guess you guys can't kutuk me anymore for not being a GIRL.
A message especially for Uncle Lim and the gang.

Dad, take a picture of two of us. We looked pretty!!
Say YES!!!

Another picture taken by dad while waiting for the bride and groom.

me, my sister, Farhani and the little one, Erra
We looked soooo angelic in white.
Hehehe.....

trying very,very hard to smile....
too tired....
anyways, the bride's maids have to sit with our legs folded to the sideways like a proper lady..
Suffering I may say for I had never sat like that for 15 minutes.

It is the time to SLASH the cake, with a sword!!(No worries, it's just a replica toy sword.)
Go for it, samurais!!

the King and Queen of the Day!!
Hail to Kak Eza and Abang Imran!!

the close family members to Pak Jang

Finally, happily married and became husband and wife.
Beside them are the bride's parents
or to be known to me as Pak Jang and Mak Jang.
